End-of-life planning and care can feel overwhelming, emotional, and difficult to navigate alone. Many individuals and loved ones are unsure where to begin, what documents are needed, what decisions should be considered, or how to balance practical responsibilities while processing grief and uncertainty.
My role is to provide grounded, compassionate support while helping individuals and loved ones navigate these conversations, decisions, and responsibilities at their own pace. Whether planning ahead or facing an immediate transition, I believe in meeting people where they are with respect, advocacy, and care.
Every end-of-life journey is different, and support does not need to follow a single path. Some individuals and loved ones may seek comprehensive support throughout the end-of-life process, while others may only need assistance with planning, bedside support, memorial preparation, or navigating responsibilities after a loss.
Services can be tailored to individual needs, circumstances, and comfort levels. Support is available both remotely and in person depending on location and the type of care requested.
I provide practical end-of-life planning support for individuals and loved ones preparing important documents, organizing wishes, and navigating difficult decisions before a crisis occurs.
Support may include gathering and organizing non-attorney-required documents, assisting with advance directives and living wills, identifying which forms require notarization, helping individuals document their wishes, researching end-of-life options, and providing guidance through planning conversations.
Planning support is available both remotely and in person.

I provide compassionate, non-medical support for individuals and their loved ones during serious illness and active dying. Support may take place in the home, hospice facilities, hospitals, or other care settings depending on the needs and wishes of the individual and their loved ones.
My role is to help create a calm, supportive environment while honoring the wishes, comfort, and dignity of the person receiving care.
Support may include bedside presence, vigil support, emotional support, advocacy, guidance through difficult conversations, faith or spiritual resourcing, and helping loved ones navigate the emotional and practical realities of the dying process.
I work alongside individuals, loved ones, hospice providers, and care teams to help create space for connection, comfort, and meaningful moments during the end-of-life journey.
Active end-of-life support services begin at $50 per hour. Final pricing may vary depending on location, level of support needed, scheduling requirements, travel, and the type of services requested.
The responsibilities that follow a loss can feel overwhelming, especially while individuals and loved ones are still processing grief and major life changes. I provide grounded support and practical guidance through many of the tasks and decisions that arise during this time.
Support may include meeting with funeral homes, helping plan memorials or celebrations of life, obituary guidance, assistance creating online memorials, researching honors or veteran resources, planning the dispersal of cremated remains, and helping loved ones navigate the many practical responsibilities left behind.
My role is to help reduce overwhelm, provide compassionate guidance, and create space for individuals and loved ones to focus on processing, remembrance, and meaningful connection.
I believe every individual deserves dignity, respect, advocacy, and compassionate care at the end of life. I welcome and support people of all backgrounds, identities, beliefs, family structures, and lived experiences.
End-of-life planning and care can feel especially vulnerable for LGBTQ+ individuals, disabled individuals, and others within marginalized communities navigating questions around identity, chosen family, medical advocacy, or personal wishes. My role is to provide grounded, nonjudgmental support that honors each person’s values, relationships, and right to be seen fully as themselves.
Limited sliding scale options are available for LGBTQ+ individuals, disabled individuals, and others within vulnerable or underserved communities. If financial barriers are preventing access to support, I welcome open and respectful conversations about available options.
Consultations are available for individuals and families seeking end-of-life guidance, advocacy, and support.
